Over the past few weeks, we have been receiving questions on if Anime Secrets will be covering Louisiana Comic Con: Lafayette. Unfortunately the answer to this question is most likely no. We have just heard back from the convention that we are not approved for press this year. The reason listed is there are not enough passes allocated to approve us without denying new outlets. However due to this information being relayed to us literally days before the convention, and personal financial constraints, some of our staff will be unable to attend the convention, and film panels relevant to our viewership, and most importantly cover the Cosplay Contest. We will do everything we can to attend as regular attendees, and cover what we can, however our job has just become much more difficult. On behalf of our staff, I would like to extend our most sincere apologies for the issues, and recommend messaging the convention directly if you would like to see us present this year and future years.
